Every piece is made to order for her, so here's what happens after you order and how to see where it is.
Where's my order?
- Check your email. As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link. If you can't find it, look in your spam or promotions folder.
- Sign in to your account. If you ordered with your email, sign in to see every order and its tracking. No password needed - we email you a one-time code.
- Still stuck? Contact us with your order number and we'll find it for you.
How long it takes

If your order has more than one piece, they may arrive in separate packages. Holidays and busy seasons can add a few days, so order early for a special date. Delivery is free on US orders over $60. See our shipping policy for full details.
