Every piece is made to order: 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday) to make, then 2-5 business days with USPS. Your tracking link is emailed as soon as it ships.

Every piece goes into production as soon as your order is placed, so we're not able to change or cancel an order once it's been placed.

We're sorry. Please tell us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number. We'll reply by email so you can send us a photo of the damage and the packaging - please keep both until you hear back from us.
